Supporting others on their path to healing, embodiment, nervous system regulation, purpose, sacred vision, and authentic self is not just what I do—it is something I care about deeply. It is one of the greatest honors of my life to walk beside people as they reconnect to themselves, remember who they are, and create lives that feel more true, grounded, and alive.
My work was not born from theory. It was born from lived experience, deep challenge, and a profound devotion to healing.
In my early adulthood, I was diagnosed with a very rare autoimmune disease called ankylosing spondylitis. At the time, I was facing years of chronic symptoms, hospital visits, physical pain, and a system that could not offer the deeper answers I was searching for. That chapter of my life became a turning point. It led me beyond conventional medicine and into the world of holistic healing, where I began to understand that true healing is rarely just physical. As I supported my body in recovering, I also began exploring the emotional, energetic, and subconscious layers that impact our well-being so deeply. I have now been symptom-free for 10 years, and that journey continues to shape the way I hold hope, possibility, and space for others.
At the same time, I was building a career in the music industry in Nashville, working in artist development, A&R, and marketing with both established and emerging talent. I later founded a platform that brought me into major music festivals around the world, where I worked closely with performing artists and interviewed creatives in high-pressure environments. That season of my life gave me a unique understanding of performance, visibility, intensity, and the emotional weight often carried by artists, leaders, and public-facing individuals. It showed me how much support people need behind the scenes, and how powerful it can be to have someone who can help them regulate, reconnect, and come back to center.
As my own healing deepened, I realized that true transformation required going beyond symptoms and surface-level solutions. It meant tending to the emotional imprints held in the body, exploring trauma, inner child wounds, family patterns, and the unconscious ways we learn to protect ourselves. It meant learning how to feel, how to listen, how to regulate, and how to come home to myself in a more honest and embodied way.
A pivotal shift came through my studies with the Q’ero lineage from Peru, where I trained in ceremonial practices, energy work, and the art of holding sacred space. Over time, I continued studying across a wide range of modalities, including somatic practices, breathwork, herbalism, trauma-informed approaches, and other healing arts that have allowed me to weave together a body of work that is both intuitive and grounded.
Alongside my formal training, I have carried intuitive and sensory awareness since childhood—an ability to feel, perceive, and understand what is happening beneath the surface, often beyond words. What once felt confusing or hard to explain has become one of the most refined and trusted parts of my work. It allows me to meet people with depth, presence, compassion, and precision, and to support them in ways that feel seen, personalized, and deeply attuned.
My approach is not one-size-fits-all, because healing is not one-size-fits-all. I am passionate about meeting each person and each group where they are and listening for what is truly needed. Whether I am working one-on-one, supporting executives and creatives, guiding group experiences, or holding space in corporate and community settings, I bring together nervous system regulation, somatic integration, emotional processing, spiritual insight, and practical lifestyle support in a way that is tailored, grounded, and compassionate.
What I love most is witnessing people come back to themselves. I love seeing someone soften, exhale, remember their strength, reconnect to their truth, and begin to move through life with more clarity, freedom, and self-trust. Again and again, I see people shift out of survival patterns and into a deeper relationship with their body, their voice, their purpose, and their sacred vision for life.
At the heart of my work is empowerment. I am not here to create dependency. I am here to help people understand their own patterns, regulate their own systems, trust their inner wisdom, and actively participate in their healing and growth. My philosophy is rooted in embodiment—the practice of moving beyond intellectual understanding and into lived, integrated experience. Real transformation happens when healing becomes something we live, not just something we talk about.
Through Sacred Wings Alchemy, my vision extends far beyond individual sessions. I am devoted to helping create healing spaces that are deeply human, sacred, and accessible. I want these tools to reach not only private clients, but also youth, families, and underserved communities. I believe in bridging ancient wisdom with modern life in ways that are grounded, relatable, and transformative. My work is ultimately about helping people return to themselves with greater resilience, presence, purpose, and heart.
Outside of my work, I feel most connected in nature—whether I am near the ocean, in the mountains, or out in the desert. Music has remained a constant thread throughout my life, both personally and professionally. Above all, I deeply value time with my three children, my family, and my close community.
To me, true wealth is found in connection, presence, authenticity, and living in alignment with what matters most.
